Bug ID: 108422
Summary: Unable to submit a crash log
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 5.5.0.0.alpha0+ Master
Hardware: All
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: framework
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
I build LO master on Ubuntu 14.04 and every time I make it crash, it generates
a minidump, but it's unable to connect to the crashreport site. Error message
on the console:
warn:desktop:12475:1:desktop/source/app/sofficemain.cxx:86: minidump generated:
/home/gabor/src/core/instdir/program/../program/../crash//4a1711cd-a1a2-2cce-6ef1859f-35e82f4b.dmp
(...)
Failed to send http request to https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/submit/,
error: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates
Maybe it's 'just me' or 'just Ubuntu', no idea. The site is using Let's
Encrypt, and my Firefox calls it valid, so it should work in LO as well, right?
:)
Anyone else seeing this on other Linux distributions?
