I reproduce with 5.3, but not with 5.4. In 5.3 it read the whole path, when I
left my mouse over the title bar when it was loading the file. After it had
loaded, I could not get it to say the whole path.
With 5.4, it did not read the whole path in any way I tried.
Tried with NVDA 2017.2 and LibreOffice 5.3.1.2 and 5.4.0.0.alpha0+ from
2017-04-20 on Win 7 Pro 64-bit.

By the way, 5.4 is the last version to support Windows XP and Vista.
