Try safe mode:

If running in Safe mode helps, you can reset your user profile with the help of
Safe mode dialog.
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
