Vertical text alignment changes after saving and reopening when a small change
is made
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Add a new table row above the top row
3. Save the file
4. Reopen/reloaded the file.
Alternative: press enter somewhere in the top row
Actual Results:
Text at the left and right is changing position after reload
Expected Results:
Text should stay at the same place
Reproducible: Always
