Multiple reasons:
1. If text horizontal is the hyperlink stuff show up in the context menu. Only
if the text is vertical. This is inconstant
2. It doesn't happen in the LibO5.2 branch (I tested 5.2.4.2)
3. It's illogical: I expect a hyperlink, when I'm able to delete it. Deleting a
non-existing hyperlink is a bit curious.
