When LibreOffice is run as an appimage, it would be good to have a Help menu
entry to update the running appimage.
The appimage developer has suggested the following code logic.
"if environment variable $APPIMAGE exists and if AppImageUpdate is on the
$PATH, then show a button that, when clicked, calls 'AppImageUpdate $APPIMAGE'"
