"Fixed" is only for a bug fix, where a source code commit with reference number
exists.

Test it. Temporarily rename your user profile folder, so that a new one is
generated, which has only default settings. Generate a new Calc document and
look, whether this setting is enabled. I don't know whether the Linux
distributor has changed the default.
