A sample file with a word right justified. In 5.5.3 the word is right
justified. In 3.6.0.2, the word is left justified.
Problem description: The right justify tab behaves as if it is a left justify
tab.
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Create a right-justify tab.
2. ....Enter a tab key followed by a word.
3. ....See where the word lines up with respect to the tab.
Current behavior: The word that is right justified appears as left justified
relative to the tab position.
Expected behavior: The right justified word should appear as right justified
relative to the tab position.
