Open the Report-Builder for editing. Create a group. In the general properties
of the group-name you could choose "Start new column". Set this to "Yes". When
you open the report there is no difference between "No" and "Yes" in this
property. It couldn't be, while there are no columns in any report.
You can not set any column at any place of the Report-Builder.
Seems to be a GUI-Dummy for a planned functionality.
