Steps to reproduce:
* Open and close a file on a file system mounted from a NAS device. Select a
file with a long file path.
* Physically disconnect the NAS device from the network.
* Try to reopen the previously opened file.
Expected:
* Error message fully readable when initially displayed.
Actual:
* The first part of the message is readable, but the file name is only
partially shown because of insufficient message text area in the error box. See
the attached screen shot.
