Problem description:
Cannot Open Report.
Maybe Oracle Report Builder not support JRE1.7 .
Steps to reproduce:
1. make Base file
2. make table and query.
3. make report.
4. create report from design view
5. execute report.
6. cannot open report.
7. error.
Current behavior:
Cannot Open Reports
Expected behavior:
View Reports
