Libre office works OK provided I run it before opening Edge. If I attempt to
open Libre Office after Edge is run, it doesn't open a window but Task Manager
shows that Libre Office is running and using ~18% of CPU. The only way I've
found to open Libre is to re-boot and use it before Edge. Once Libre Office is
running, Edge can be run without affecting LibreOffice.
