Document tested in Windows 7 and Windows 10 with LO 5.1 and 5.2 and all seems
OK.
This may have been or is a problem with graphics, Options-View-OpenGL. There
are a lot of Intel graphics problems, for example.
IN addition to parallel LO in Linux, there's also http://tdf.io/siguiexe to
easily get and run "parallel" LO in Windows (extract without installation).
Until further info, I'll close as ID.
