Text rotation set by table properties does not have option for top side of the
text left.
Steps to reproduce in Writer (in empty document):
1. insert table
2. write some text in some cell
3. right-lick there and Table properties-Text flow, set text orientation to be
vertical
Repro: text is vertical but top side is right only (going down)
Expected: to have also option to set text top side left (going up)
