pdfium has some sort of code to convert PDF to metafile for printing and
Mozilla seems to be considering using it for printing PDF on Windows. Not sure
how good is it, but since we have pdfium already that would be one way to move
our Windows printing code to PDF and may be finally unifying all platforms on
PDF and sorting the printing mess. I’m not volunteering though.
