When you export a file to an hybrid pdf (one with an OD file embedded into the
pdf) with versions saved, that information is completely deleted.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a file.
Save versions of the file.
Export to an Hybrid PDF.
Open the file on LibreOffice.
All versions information is lost.
