I have now installed LibreOffice Version: 5.3.4.2 over what seemed to be the
default Version: 5.1.6.2 on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
The issue has now been fixed in that all of the working screen is once again
visible. I tested the previous Version: 5.1.6.2 today and the issue still
existed. After installing Version: 5.3.4.2 the issue is resolved and no longer
occurs.
