If you click on the information bar you can choose "more". Then you have the
possibility to choose every language you want. Sometimes the information bar
offers me English(UK), but I can't see a system behind it.

Changed bug to NEEDINFO. Please change it back to UNCONFIRMED if your problem
is still there.
