Where does it say that clicking somewhere between would jump one page?
Actually what happens is that it jumps proportionally to the length of the
scrollbar and the length of the document, so the more rows you have filled the
more pages you jump when clicking at the same position. Compare with dragging
the scrollbar to approximately the same position.
