Problem description:
(note: I use Dutch l10n so strings might not be correct)
I edit a document with ‘track changes’ and ‘show changes’. The document
language is Dutch (NL). The word ‘Aartsengel’ is wrong, I delete the A and add
an a. The a and the rest of the word is now marked as English (US).

Default document language is set to Dutch (NL), if I should believe the
options, but when I start a new document, it is English (US). This probably is
another bug, but seems related.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Writer document.
2. Type some words.
3. Mark them as Dutch (NL). (via the statusbar)
4. Edit => changes -> track changes (make sure ‘show’ is marked as well)
5. delete a letter in a word, then type another letter.

Current behavior:
The whole word, including deleted, new and old letters, is marked as English
(US)

Expected behavior:
It should remain Dutch (NL)

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; WOW64; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/14.0.1
