create a writer document
write something
try to save as ascii-text-file
only the option text (csv) appears.
the file is the stored as name.csv.
when you try to read that file libreoffice crashes either or a calc-file is
read.
there a now problems to read a formerly created file with the ending *.txt.
windows explorer crashed then on my computer trying to rename the file
name.csv.
