Description:
Automatic page breaks are not applied across the whole heading1 style.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. add 3 lines of "hello"
2. CTRL-1 them to heading 1
3. go to paragraph options, set "insert page break before", and apply
4. update style
Actual Results:
Applies only to the one item, not all heading1
Expected Results:
Pagebreak should appear before all heading1 on "update style"
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
