Description:
I added an image to a doc, added an arrow, added a textbox, and it appeared at
the bottom of the following page instead of inside the arrow.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 1.5 pages of "hello" lines or similar
2. add a full-page image in the middle of the first page (will appear on the
second page obviously)
3. add an arrow (I use the arrow pointing left to right)
4. add a text box
Actual Results:
Text box is created at the bottom of the third page
Expected Results:
Text box should be inside the arrow (works with smaller images)
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
