Description:
No background color in shown in the Page deck if a color is set for all pages
in the Page Properties Window. It's a bit confusing.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Format -> Page Properties -> Background Tab
3. Choose a color and press OK
4. Background setting for all pages -> Yes
5. Notice that no color is shown in the Properties -> Page Deck
Actual Results:
The applied color isn't shown in the Properties deck
Expected Results:
It should (in my opinion)
