Pivot tables need some time to refresh depending on system performance and
amount of data. So the automatic update as requested in bug 61793 or to update
all in bug 89530 is not always a solution. However, the user needs to know
whether or not a table needs an update. This feedback could be done with an
infobar. Ideally the lengthy refresh shows a progress when started including
means to stop it.
