The Slide > Slide Properties dialog is missing impress specific slide-level
properties that are accessible from other parts of the UI, so it would be good
to also have them in the dialog. I believe a new tab should be added to hold
these properties.

4. Master Slide
5. Master Slide Elements
6. Visible Master Background
7. Visible Master Objects
