The idea is not bad and we do run some competition on visual artwork actually.
But LibreOffice' icon theme is has many icons - and so far not too many people
have been interested in this work. DeviantArt is just one address, there are
many other. And of course everyone is welcome to submit proposals. There is
nothing to open on our side, when we do not talk about a competition.
