We have different incarnations of the Notebookbar, which one is it where you
miss the formatting marks? In case of Contextual Groups it has been done
intentionally. The goal was to create a very clean Notebookbar with only basic
function. Access to formatting marks would be in the View menu or toggled with
the shortcut ctrl+F10.
