Similar behavior can be observed in Writer:
1. Open Writer
2. Tools -> Autocorrect -> Autocorrect Options
3. Select a language and monitor the accessed files. OpenOffice\dict_word.brk &
dict_word_en.brk will be accessed multiple times.
