You do not clearly answer my question: if you set the presentation for a
slideshow in a window instead of full screen, is your third-party program able
to move and resize the slideshow window?
If that does not work, why are you sure that the problem is on LibreOffice
side?
Set status to NEEDINFO, please set it back to UNCONFIRMED once requested
informations are provided.
