Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. decrease fs.file-max in /etc/sysctl.conf to some danger value, like 2048
2. try to close unsaved open office document. it will give error.
3. fix /etc/sysctl.conf to previous state. reboot.
4. on next boot open office will destroy your document, also will destroy it's
backup. it will claim to save it in another directory, but it will not.
Current behavior:
destroying file and backup
Expected behavior:
don't touch at least backup
