Little Indian UTF-16 text with BOM
Writer does not read Little Indian UTF-16 text properly. The attached sample
even has the BOM (FFFE) that indicates UTF-16 LE encoding, but Writed imports
it as raw data:
��*#*#Y#o#u# #h#a#v#e# #r#e#c#e#i#v#e#d# #t#h#e# #s#o#f#t#w#a#r#e# etc.
