I cant judge exactly what is happening in your .ppt file as i dont have access
to it, but if i understand what you are getting at, when you are in textbox
edit mode (press F2 after selecting a textbox to get into this mode), you have
access to add and remove tab stops. If i'm not getting what you mean, maybe you
can give do a screencast of what you are trying to explain.
There are various free screencast software available for use, including
Camstudio (Windows), Jing (Mac), Simple Screen Recorder (Linux) or
screencast-o-matic.com (Web).
