Some comments state that OpenGL rendering solves the issue, but I'd like to
point out that there are plenty of older computers out where enabling OpenGL
just breaks LO completely (i.e. it just hangs forever until you force it to
close). So that's simple not an option on a lot of hardware.
Had to go back to the unsupported 5.2.7 because the flickering was giving a
family member a migraine.
