Ok, the render is GL, so OpenGL is enabled. You can reach the options to
disable it by
Alt-T
Alt-O
Then under LibreOffice - View, untick "Use OpenGL for all rendering".
Now you could give us some more information about the graphics driver by
opening this file in a text editor and copying and pasting its content here to
a comment: C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache\opengl_device.log
