I did this:
I downloaded
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86_64@42/current/libo-master64~2017-08-30_23.09.59_LibreOfficeDev_6.0.0.0.alpha0_Win_x64.msi
Ran that installer.
Opened a Cygwin window
$ cd /cygdrive/c/Program Files/LibreOfficeDev 6/program
Terje@Braten01 /cygdrive/c/Program Files/LibreOfficeDev 6/program
$ SAL_DISABLEGL=1 SAL_LOG=1 ./soffice.exe 2> debug.txt
-bash: debug.txt: Permission denied

$ SAL_DISABLEGL=1 SAL_LOG=1 ./soffice.exe 2>
