Description:
Initially, Libre Writer recognized my HP ScanJet 4570c a couple of times.
Then, it would not recognize it. The scanner is recognized by my other
scanning programs such as Xsane.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. select insert>media>scan>select source

Actual Results:
no scanner is detected
Expected Results:
detected the scanner
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes--started in safe mode and the problem persisted
