You cannot use Bullets in Chapter Numbering, but only in list numbering.
Because the term "Outline" is misleading in English, the option in the Tools
menu is renamed to "Chapter numbering" in LO 6. But the problem, that it is
still possible to assign a bullet to a heading, remains.
