1. Scroll to Verzeichnis der Tabellen on page 5
2. Right-click, Edit index
3. Tab: Entries
4. Click inside the empty field before # and click Hyperlink
5. Do the same for the empty field after # and click OK
6. Now you can Ctrl-click the page numbers to jump to the pages
7. Save & reload
8. Go back to the index
Strangely it still allows to Ctrl-click and jumps correctly, but when you edit
it, you see the links are gone. Right-click - Update index and you can no
longer Ctrl-click the numbers.
Does not seem to be a regression, as in 3.5 the option to add links does not
even exist.
