I think I might have found what poEdit didn't like about
extensions/messages.pot to automatically delete duplicated string entries.
It is probably this entry in the pot file:
#. AXGeC
#: strings.hrc:320
msgctxt "RID_UPDATE_BUBBLE_DOWNLOADING"
msgid ""
msgstr ""
The English string is empty, as you can see ...
