Are you sure to have downloaded and installed
LibreOffice_5.4.1_Win_x64.msi and
LibreOffice_5.4.1_Win_x64_helppack_en-US.msi
from
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/?type=win-x86_64&version=5.4.1&lang=en-US
Checksums and additionnal info can be verified by selecting Info under the
download button.
The JRE(Java Runtime Environment) have to be 64 bits too.
