If we have a *qualified* volunteer willing to essentially replicate MySQL C++
connector (modulo a few corner cases, that is what the work would be, because
MySQL C++ connector and SDBC are nearly the same API, both being a C++-isation
of JDBC), do it without introducing too many bugs, etc... sure, we take
patches.
