While links on comment #2 are broken, I highlight that, at least with LO
5.1.6.2, it is possible to save the annotations made during presentation if the
option "Mouse painter as pen" (in Slide Show Settings) has been enabled before
starting the presentation.
This workaround is however very buggy: with just a few notes (~10) im
press becomes extremely slow and unresponsive to close the presentation and if
you restart the presentation, notes are displayed on the wrong slide (see my
screenshots).
So, any news about the project at the Ecole Centrale de Nantes ?
