I downloaded the Jaguar-SQL extension (from the Extensions website).
Started LO.
Dragged and dropped the OXT file onto the LO Dock icon
Extension installation procedure executed normally.
I also tested with GallerySignauxDangers.2.1.0.oxt by downloading from the
extensions website and then clicking on the OXT file from the Downloads folder
in my Dock. A running LODev picked this up and started the Extensions Manager
GUI, and allowed successful installation.
I'd say that this is resolved fixed/ verified.
