Hi Luke,
this bug has been closed as RESOLVED INSUFFICENTDATA because without clear
steps on how to reproduce it, there isn't much we can do.
On the other hand, you can always reopen it if you find the way to reproduce
the std::bad alloc problem, which will be fantastic.
