Impress has the basic 4 list organization functions (.uno:DecrementLevel,
.uno:IncrementLevel, .uno:MoveDown, .uno:MoveUp), but doesnt have the other 4
list organization functions that move elements and their subelements at the
same time (.uno:DecrementSubLevels, .uno:IncrementSubLevels,
.uno:MoveDownSubItems, .uno:MoveUpSubItems).
