Some icon styles (icon sets) haven't a full list of icons for all commands in
comparison to the icon styles Tango and Breeze.
As for example Breeze is the fallback for Sifr, it would be useful to have the
possibility to use Breeze icons if there is no one similar available in Sifr.
For this functionality a drop-down menu is necessary in the "Change Icon"
dialog window in Tools > Customize... > Toolbars > Modify > Change Icon where
the use can choose the icon style. Default should be the icon style used in the
LibO UI.
