In en-SU think "origin" would be another choice, but agree we should shift from
left/right that has be correctly toggled now depending on locale and script
direction and does nothing for the vertical layouts controlled with the same
widget.

"Begining" might be too long, while "start" connotes there is a stop.  Also we
should ask the translation community ... @Sophie?
