Description:
Today I created a 5.5" x 8.5" document in Writer then exported it as a .jpeg.
(791x993 px) When I import it into a new Writer document it's only .22"x.31". 
IIf I scale it up to its correct size, the image is fuzzy. I've looked at it in
Gwenview and the size is as it should be. Other images import at their correct
size. I've tried it several times with the same result.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create new Writer file (paper size A5)
2.Export as .jpeg
3.Import .jpeg into new Writer document

Actual Results:  
imported image is only .22 x .31 inches

Expected Results:
IMported image at 5.5 x 8.5 inches


Reproducible: Always
