I am not sure: The bug report with its comments has at least two aspects:
Adding the shortcuts for changing layer attributes and adding a layer sidebar
for more control. My patch only handles the first aspect.
Would it be correct to close this bug and open another bug for the sidebar
aspect (which references this bug)?
